Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation is free of charge up to six weeks before the start of the meeting. In case of cancellation in the period between six and three weeks before the start, you will be charged 50% of the costs. In case of later cancellation you will owe the full amount.
Cancellation by Into Culture
Into Culture reserves the right to cancel the meeting in case of unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the amount already paid by the participant will be refunded. The participant is not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of costs incurred. Into Culture reserves the right to make changes to the conference program. Participants will be informed about this prior to the conference.
Costs and payment
Costs of participation are published on the conference website. Payment is made after completing the digital registration form. Your registration is final after payment. You will receive an email to confirm your registration. You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start as described above.
Complaints
Into Culture is doing its utmost to ensure that the conference runs smoothly. If you are unfortunately not satisfied, we would like to hear this so that we can try to find a solution together.
